I don't believe in up-selling.  Promotional products aren't used cars. 

My goal has always been to present myself as a customer service/hourly wage type of individual.  Why? Well, in most cases, hourly wage customer service people provide customer service….simple as that.  They could care less about selling add-ons.  I know, I know, it's becoming more of an up-selling, dang I'm sorry I called for customer service, type of atmosphere these days, but rest assured I know the customer service I deliver is what brings you back.  Not the deal of the decade.

I've been delivering this promotional products customer service since 1997 and as long as I'm alive that's how I'll treat you when you call or email!!
